With a past as a professional soccer player and a master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences, I combine athletic experience and academic expertise to design effective training programs. I specialize in hybrid training, fat-loss and building muscle, offering in-person coaching in Maastricht and online programs for clients worldwide.
