About Rachel - Personal Trainer in in Maastricht

Meet Rachel

I’m Rachel — a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with a Master’s in Human Movement Sciences and the globally recognized CSCS certification.

At Elevate Fitness, I help busy professionals and athletes cut through the noise of fitness fads with science-based training that delivers real results: fat loss, strength, and performance.

With over a decade of experience in elite sport and coaching, I bring the same proven methods used to train athletes into practical, customized programs for everyday people who want to look, feel, and perform at their best.

Whether your goal is losing weight, building muscle, or preparing for performance challenges like Hyrox, I design training that fits your life — and gets results you can sustain.

Elevate your training. Elevate your life.

Let’s work together to turn your goals into results—and elevate your life.

My Athletic background

Rachel - Athletic Career - Personal Trainer in in Maastricht

Before becoming a coach, I competed in professional soccer accross Europe and earned a full athletic scholarship in the U.S.

These experiences taught me the discipline and structure I now bring to my clients.

I also compete in the Women's Pro division in Hyrox, which helps me understand the demands of training like a hybrid athlete firsthand.
